Kid's Insulated Milla Short Skirt

The Milla is a winter skirt designed for little girls. It is nice and warm
and can be worn outdoors over trousers, leggings or tights. Front zipper 
opens from the bottom to allow extra movement for running and activities.

There are Velcro straps at the waist for fit adjustment. Embroidered white 
flowers adorn the font. There are two reflective stripes along the front 
zipper and a reflective flower on the back providing extra visibility of 
your little princesses even in gloomy winter weather. 100% polyester.
