Shipping and Returns

 

Shipments from Alaska Adventure Shop are shipped to you via least expensive USPS mail service.

Inside Alaska and within USA shipping costs are $18 per order.

Shipping outside the United States will be charged at the rate determined by USPS.

Please note bicycles and some larger items are for pickup only in Cordova Alaska, see item description.

For pick up orders choose local pickup option at checkout, 104 W. Davis Avenue, in Cordova, Alaska.  Delivery within Cordova, Alaska City area is also available upon call in request.  We will notify you when your order is ready for you to pick up or arrange delivery.

Return Policy

New, unused items, with tags in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of purchase date, receipt required, for store credit only.  Returns address is:  Cordova Gear, P.O Box 584, Cordova, Alaska 99574

Once a returned item is received and deemed in new condition, items will be assessed a restocking fee of $20, customer account will receive a credit for balance for future purchase. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this policy may cause, our goal is to offer the best service possible while remaining in business.  

No returns on bicycles, discounted, sale or clearance sale items.
